Pricing
Prices per 1hr booking slot for exclusive use of a 5v5 pitch are Monday – Friday (9am-4pm) £28 (4pm-6pm) £33 and (6pm -10pm) £38 All day (Saturday 10am-6pm) and (Sunday 10am-5pm) £38. For full pitch 7v7 or 9v9, price available on application, please call ( 01909) 773348 Weekend (Sat & Sun) turn up and play, kick around sessions are subject to the availability of volunteers to open and close the facility. Please see local social media ( Facebook) on the day for opening and closing times. During the School holiday the pitches will be open from 9am-3pm Monday - Friday. (The facility will close promptly at 3pm) Players will need to purchase a wristband for £1.00 from the office in the adjacent building and is valid until 3pm on the day of purchase only.
Cancellations / Refund Policy
  • Customers will not be required to pay a hiring charge for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the reservation.
  • Customers cancelling bookings less than 7 days prior to the reservation will be charged 100% of the hiring charge unless the facility is re-booked by an alternative customer.
  • KPWCDT cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control including inclement weather.
  • Decisions in such matters rest with the resident administration staff in consultation with any match or club officials.To be explained at the time of booking.
